  • What is service & fly?

    Service & fly is the most convent way to get your car serviced whilst using Quick Park.

  • How can I book my car in for a service?

    Booking through is the most convenient way to book.

  • Can I get my car serviced if I’m not using Quick Park?

    No. The only way to get your car serviced is to have a valid car park booking with Quick Park.

  • When I book my car service on Quick Park does that mean my booking is confirmed?

    No. All bookings are subject to availability.
    You will receive a confirmation ticket from Motor Zone.

  • My car is still under manufactures warranty.
    Are you qualified to carry out the service?

    Yes. All our mechanics are fully qualified, however if your car is still under warranty it will require genuine parts which are subject to an extra charge.

  • Can I supply my own parts for you to use when servicing my car?

    No. We only use our own bulbs, oils, filter and parts.
    All parts we fit are covered under our warranty program.

  • Where do I drop my car and keys off when entering Quick Park?

    All service drop offs are in the premium parking areSimply drop your car off and keys in the premium parking office.

  • Will you let me know if my car has any problems and needs repairs done?

    Yes. Every car serviced gets a 60-point inspection check and our mechanic will carry out a free health check video and email it to you.

  • How do I get any additional work that I want done?

    You can authorize any work using the health check link our mechanic sent you.
    All payment must be paid in advance before our mechanic will carry out the repairs.

  • How can I pay for any additional work?

    All payments can be made online using our secure payment page a link for which is included in the mechanic’s email.
    We can also take card payments over the phone.

  • Where do I collect my car from?

    You can collect your car and keys from the premium parking office were you dropped off.

  • Can I get additional work done at a later time?

    Yes, as long as you have a valid car park booking on entering that day.

  • What happens if I have a problem with me car after being serviced?

    If you're located in the Dublin area we have a 24 hour call out service that can assist.
    Outside this area we can arrange for a local garage to carry out any inspection.

  • What warranty do I have after getting my car serviced?

    We stand over all parts and labour with a 3 month warranty from the date of the service.
